Bayside Mona Vale: an optimised marketing package for property developers

For this project, I was responsible for the design and delivery of all key marketing items.

Introducing Bayside Mona Vale, an exclusive collection of 12 generous three-bedroom residences with lift access, designed specifically for downsizers and those seeking a lifestyle upgrade. 

Bayside is in the perfect location: opposite a stunning waterfront park on the Pittwater side of Mona Vale, in the highly sought-after pocket of Winnererremy Bay.

These new residences, designed by award-winning architect PopovBass and featuring interiors by Baxter & Co., offer a new standard of luxury coastal living. Flawless craftsmanship, beautiful architectural design and carefully appointed interiors define this exclusive new address in Mona Vale.

For this project, we went from initial concept through to project completion within 12 weeks. 

Competitor Research

Understanding the market and the niche was possible through detailed competitor and market research.

Collect Design Assets

Designed branding, and collected digital assets and drone images from photographers to create project.

Design Strategy

Began print and web design. Copywriting, layout design, writing micro-copy and a branding strategy.

Design & Develop

Finalised print material and managed printer and designed digital website landing page for project launch.

Optimised one-page website

To capture leads more effectively, I designed a one-page landing page that has two CTA buttons in the header as well as a CTA in the footer, like in traditional landing pages. The main CTA in the header has a capture form where the users provide their email addresses and get access to the full set of floor plans.

We also provided agents’ phone numbers. Because of the demographic of over 55s and some reluctance to give email, and phone numbers, we gave prospects multiple ways to contact agents and get on to the database.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you manage all the printing and file management?

Yes, I have preferred suppliers that I work with that provide the best results. Together, we can discuss your particular printing needs regarding paper stock, thickness and finish, and the expected timeline for a proof document and final finishing and delivery.

 

Do you host each website?

Yes, it is best practice to host the website as we are thus able to manage the site’s security and the required WordPress updates of the plug-ins and the core server without conflict.

Unfortunately, we cannot manage your website if you choose to use your hosting. Your responsibility for its security and stability will be yours.

How many rounds of design are included in the initial fee estimate?

Whilst on most occasions, we get it right straight off the bat, you will receive three rounds of design for each quoted deliverable. We name each file delivered as V01, V02, V03, so you know where we are at any time. If we are required to design more changes outside of three rounds, it will be billed at the hourly rate in quarter-hour increments.

Why do you request all changes and design decisions to be made via email?

Whilst we are happy to have conversations on the phone and in meetings, for us to move forward with any design decision, we will require any changes, updates, or key communication to be written and communicated across in an email.

Having everything in writing ensure’s that we are both on the same page with each key design request.  As a result we ensure complete clarity and transparency regarding what has been requested as a deliverable and the expected time line required for this to occur.

As a ux/ui and visual designer for hire, it is best practice to have everything in writing, so no confusion occurs down the track. We have processes in place to ensure we are all on the same page throughout each and every project we undertake.

 

Is it a custom website?

Yes, I am experienced in designing landing pages and complete website ecosystems specifically for getting leads. Each website that I design is tailored to your specific needs and budget.
