Norfolk Residences Avalon: an optimised website for property developers

I was contracted to design all of the marketing material for Armada Property Group for Norfolk Residences Avalon. I was the Creative Director and Senior Designer and created all deliverables from concept to completion.
For this project, we were selling in the exclusive pocket of North Avalon. Due to zoning, this project was potentially the last of its kind, making it a rare and unique offering in a prime location.
The design of all the key requirements for a display suite located in Avalon Village accompanied the print and digital (web) design deliverables that I created for the project.
The Design Process
For this project, we followed user-centred design principles, and we went from concept through to the delivered project in 12 weeks.
Competitor Research
Understanding the market and the niche was possible through detailed competitor research.
Collate Assets
Utilise key drone, lifestyle imagery and CGI render images for the project
Design Strategy
Content strategy, Information architecture, writing micro-copy and a branding strategy.
Print, Web & Display Suite
Design all elements in print and web followed by the elements required for the display suite and project launch.
