While contracting for Motus Health and Performance, I worked as a UX/UI and Visual Designer. Partnering directly with the marketing manager and key stakeholders, I led the design of their new website.
To start the project, I ran a series of workshops with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, the competitive landscape, and opportunities for market growth.

I conducted a series of workshops and interviews to position Motus HP as the market leader, highlighting a stronger offering than any competitors in Sydney. The existing business partnership with Chocolate Box Training further amplified these advantages.

Benefits-driven Copy
Simple sales vernacular was used in the body copy to emphasise the benefits of their service.

Branding with a human connection through photography
To create a stronger human connection between site users and the talented staff at Motus Hp, we incorporated environmental and studio portraits across each page, humanising the brand and making the experience more memorable.

I collaborated with Charlie Bucket & Co’s content creators to capture high-quality environmental portraits, giving the brand context and differentiation. We organised a photoshoot for each of Motus Health and Performance’s services, resulting in a highly visual website that leverages strong photography to strengthen the brand.

60% of users were booking on mobile devices
To reach the majority of users, the website was built with a mobile-first approach. The primary call to action is booking a physiotherapy session through their scheduling software, placed prominently as a button in the main menu. The secondary call to action encourages users to call for enquiries about services.
